Design + styling

You have put creativity, time, and heart into the planning process but need help executing your vision. As your event gets closer, I will go over important details and tie up any loose ends. Basically, I will make that vision you worked hard for come to life. On event day, I will be there to manage all the details with your vendors and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Planning + Design

Simply put, in this package I get the opportunity to serve you to the fullest extent and guide you through every part of the planning process. Full planning and design means that you get someone in your corner who plans, designs, styles, and coordinates all the moving parts with you from beginning to end starting 12-18 months out! From sourcing vendors to custom designs, I handle all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.

ADD ONS & INFORMATION

a non -refundable retainer of 30% is due at the time of booking for all of our packages and services - The retainer fee will be subtracted from the overall remaining package cost. All remaining package costs are due up to one month before event date.

WEDDING DECOR SET UP- $200

Physical set up of decor, setting up tables, setting up chairs, adding chair covers/chair sashes, adding linens, decorating specialty installations. 

HOUR ADD ON $75

Add-on hour(s) to Month of Coordination. 

WEDDING TEAR DOWN/AFTER HOURS WORK- STARTING AT $450

End of night tear down of decor, taking tables and/or chairs down, removing chair covers and/or sashes or linens, over-seeing clean up at end of reception, over-seeing vendor departures, over-seeing guest departures. Tailored for 150 guests or less - pricing to increase with a larger guest count.

EVENT SET UP OR TEAR DOWN- STARTING AT $250

Designed for hassle-free event execution. Tailored for gatherings of 40 people or less, this package is the go-to solution for hosts who crave a seamless event without the stress of setup and teardown. Whether it’s a cozy baby shower or a spirited corporate Christmas party, we’re here to alleviate the workload. Our team steps in to execute your event plans, meticulously bringing your decor vision to life while you focus on being the perfect host.

TEAM MEMBERS 

All planning packages render services from head Planner/Coordinator and up to one assistant. For additional team members to help work at any of the wedding events, each team member will be an additional $250 per personIt is up to the discretion of the Planner if additional members are needed with events above 200 guests.
